Our team will be available to talk to you and answer your questions about the project's progress, including the current environmental approval process underway.
Three information sessions are planned in October 2024, as follows:
- Elong Elong Community Hall: Tuesday 22 October, 4-6pm
- Dubbo Square Shopping Mall: Wednesday 23 October, 9am-12.30pm
- Dunedoo Jubilee Memorial Hall: 4.30-7.30pm

Consultation with community and stakeholders is a critical part of this stage of the project, and we will be able to talk more about the environmental approval process with you at the information sessions. You can read more here about the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which is required to help government agencies, relevant authorities, community and stakeholders make an informed decision or provide an informed submission on the project.
We also encourage you to participate in our community survey here, which will help us understand what the community values about the area. It will also help us to understand how you would like to see local community benefits managed, how you prefer to receive news and to subscribe for project updates. The survey takes about five minutes and can be completed anonymously - we look forward to hearing from you.
