Project team meets community at local event

Cobbora Solar project team members participated in this year's Tunes on the Turf event in Dunedoo on the weekend of 9-10 November, and were proud to be part of this vibrant community music festival.

We enjoyed meeting with local members of the community, with visitors to our stand interested in finding out more about the project generally and expressing interest in future job and project procurement opportunities.

It is a pleasure to get to know the local community and businesses better at this early stage of the project.

Our community engagement program is important as we continue to build our understanding of local views on potential project development and operational impacts and opportunities.

Feedback gathered during community engagement and involvement is key to developing our Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), which will be publicly displayed in early 2025 for comment as part of the project approval process.

You can read more about the EIS process here.
